Jason Adams

Jason works for the City of O’Fallon, MO as the Director of IT. Previously, he worked for FHSD for 11 years in the role of Technology Services Manager, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and provided support to staff and end-user devices.  He is originally from London, UK and moved to the United States in 2007. His wife is a theatre teacher at FH Middle and together, they have one 7th grader at FH Middle and a freshman at FH High.

Jason is running for the Board of Education because he wants to do what he can to ensure students thrive and receive a high quality education from passionate, experienced teachers, while making the learning environment welcoming and safe for everyone. 

Sara Dillard

With deep roots in Francis Howell, a district she's called home since first grade, Sara brings a powerful blend of professional expertise and community commitment to her run for the Board of Education. A former IT professional turned bedside nurse, she spent eight and a half years caring for patients before transitioning into hospital education, where she now supports staff development and strong learning environments. Her commitment to service is reflected in her volunteer work as a Girl Scout troop leader and a dedicated volunteer with the Disabled Athletes Sports Association.

As the parent of two students in 4th and 8th grade, Sara is passionate about strengthening public education and championing the teachers, staff, and students who make this district exceptional. Sara's experience, service-driven mindset, and collaborative leadership make her an outstanding choice for Francis Howell’s Board of Education.​

Kevin McGuire

Kevin is an engineering graduate with more than two decades of experience in the private sector. Having grown up in the St. Charles area, when it came time to start a family, Kevin and his wife chose to raise their children in the Francis Howell School District. They still have two children at Francis Howell North, with their oldest having recently graduated. Kevin wants to ensure all students continue to have the opportunities his children experienced.

As a firm believer in the impact of public education, Kevin is committed to making Francis Howell the best district possible. He knows that good schools protect our property values and become the hub of a thriving community. Staying competitive will require continued dedication from our amazing teachers and staff, support from families, and responsible use of our community tax dollars. Most importantly, it will mean putting our students at the center of all we do. Kevin is eager for the opportunity to do just that.
